dozens of Italian regional specialties, as well
as American versions of old-country favorites.
You will find a selection of artisan salami from
traditional producers, Prosciutti both air-dried
and cooked, Speck from Northern Italy and pistachio-studded
Mortadella. American specialty meats from Niman
Ranch, Thumann's and other top producers, are all
ready to be sliced to order by our helpful staff.
